How To Transfer a Mii between Wii's

There are two ways that I know of that can be applied inorder to copy a Mii from one Wii to another. The easiest way is to use your Wii remote or the Wii-mote as some have named it. Follow the instructions below for help.

Transfer A Mii Using The Wii-Mote

This is the quickest way I think and the method I would recommend. Another plus from using the Wii remote is that the Wii Miis can be left on it indefinatly. So if you brought your Wii-Mote to your friends house your Wii Mii would be in your Wii Remote to use. Clever huh?

1. Go to the Mii channel
2. You'll see a Wii remote icon on the right hand side of the screen. When you hover it says Transfer Mii. Click this
3. Now select the controller you wish to use for the copy
4. From here just drag the Wii Miis you want to copy (A + B) on to the nodes at the top of the screen. You can hold upto ten at any one time.
5. Save and Quit

Transfer A Mii Using The Internet

Quite a long process I think and its a bit slow. This method is for the ones that want to make use of the Wii 24connect.

1. From the Wii main menu click the bottom right icon of a letter, this is the Wii Message Board

Firstly you have to add the Wii you want to send the Wii Mii to. If you have already done this, then go straight to step 6, if not carry on.

2. Now select Create Message. Its the icon of a pencil on paper.
3. Click Address Book You'll see your Wii Console Number. Take note of this.
4. Now select Register and input the other Wii console number. You can find this the same way you found yours.
5. Drag a Wii Mii into the Address book and repeat this process for the other Wii console.
6. Both of your Wii consoles are now friends. Now for the transferring. Go to the Mii Channel
7. Select Wii Friend, this is the icon of a envelope with a smiley face on it.
8. Drag the Wii Mii you want to copy onto the node at the top of the screen (the letter with the circle in it) and click the Wii you want to send it too
9. The Wii Mii will be delivered to the other Wii Console in about 20mins. Thats what I'm guessing.
